There are 5 easy steps you may do to maintain your health.

1. Steer clear of smokers.

2. Consume healthy food and maintain a BMI between 18,5 and 24,8.

3. Strive to limit alcohol consumption.

4. Daily exercise

the risks of smoking. If you smoke, you should stop because it is bad for both you and those around you.

Smokers at an increased chance of suffering a heart attack.

- Smokers have a very high chance of developing lung cancer.

- Every year, smoking-related lung cancer claims the lives of approximately 300,000 Americans.

- Smoking is directly responsible for 75% of emphysema and bronchitis-related fatalities.

You must exercise if you want to stay healthy.

because passive smoking can be just as harmful as active smoking, it is advised to stop smoking and stay away from smokers.

2. Maintain a healthy diet and a BMI between 18,5 and 24,8.

How to Eat Healthily?

Your body requires a correct Balanced Nutrition Diet, with a proper daily amount of: vitamins, minerals, proteins, and carbohydrates, as I've said in my previous post, "Diet: How to actually make your Diet work for you?"

What benefits may you expect from eating a balanced diet?

• Provide a viable weight-management option

- Lose weight and tone up your physique.

Improve your memory and mental clarity. - Prevent and reduce indications of ageing. - Strengthen your immune and cardiovascular systems. - Control your blood sugar and insulin levels.

Can gaining knowledge of it help you enhance your health?

Knowing your BMI allows you to determine whether your weight is within the acceptable range or if you are overweight (or your weight is insufficient).

The relationship between BMI and health risk is straightforward; as BMI rises, so does risk.

For this reason, it is crucial to be aware of your body mass index and to maintain it secure. Body Mass Index Formulas:

- an increased risk of alcoholism e.t.c.

 Therefore, avoid alcohol at all costs if you are serious about leading a healthy lifestyle.

Exercise is crucial for maintaining good health and has been shown to be a successful treatment for several well-known diseases.

 

How much exercise is sufficient?

 

You need at least 10 to stay healthy.

10–15 minutes of exercise per day.

To save time, you could integrate exercising with your regular daily chores.

Just a few instances of what you can achieve are as follows:

- Walking upstairs rather than utilizing elevators. - Taking at least 5000 steps a day.

- Run a little bit instead of strolling. e.t.c.

5. Get Good Sleep.

All of the things I have described above would not function without a decent night's sleep.
