4) Sometimes it is difficult to deal with your feelings. No one likes when they feel sad and sometimes they think that they might cry to anyone. But it is better to cry when you feel happy. I guess the same reason why crying is helpful is that it helps you understand the cause.

Because when we cry, we can understand why the problem occurred and it also lets us acknowledge your need for counseling as well which will eventually make you stronger. You feel sad because you are struggling or you feel angry with your parents because you don’t want to leave them. Or you feel frustrated or bored as you are unable to make progress in your studies or job because you had a bad day at university or the office or because you missed a deadline and everything seems so unfair.

Feelings can sometimes be really hurtful especially if they are not dealt with properly and so now you should learn how to express them in very subtle methods. For example, saying “I am sorry, but it’s ok we are only humans.” “I am sad that my friends won’t be there with me but now everyone has gone to work and you can stay here.

” “I feel tired and depressed because I work so hard and so far behind as well.” “I feel happy because at least everybody is busy with the kids as well.” If you do have a lot of emotions then they can be overwhelming and you need to find a balance.

 You need to understand that one person’s sorrow and pain is another’s joy and that there is no difference between them at all. There are two main ways to handle a situation and both approaches are helpful to each individual. First, one is to accept that you feel sad and let that person know that you are not giving up.

It may sound childish but it is the most effective way of dealing with sadness and letting it pass. The second approach is to tell the person that you are sad but you will have a smile on your face and that you can’t control what happens to you. Either you can walk away or you can try to control things and take more effort to make things better

especially if you are a bit stressed. Lastly, give the feeling space. Let it pass as long as this person is still enjoying his/her company. The point is to let go of your feelings for a little while.

5) Finally in our everyday life, we often forget about what is around us. What are the things that we should be concerned about? How do we care about the world without any regard for what people around us are doing? Why should we respect others even if we are surrounded by hatred and violence? Yes, that is a very human question.

We should respect the other person’s desire to choose. And we cannot judge someone by our thoughts and if someone had the capacity to change things then why would we be worried about him/her? Isn’t the most human thing to love another and to make them happy even if he/she is standing next to you.

When I meet a new person, I never tell him/her that I am nervous about meeting the person because I was the person I was today. I just try to be nice, and compassionate and respect their individuality and needs. My body language is also important no matter how cute someone is.

This was all about simple tips and simple advice that we should know to have good habits of making up. But it is not impossible to have these small steps in life. Especially when living in a city we are surrounded by too many distractions and no space to focus.

But we should try to set some small goals in our lives and try to reach them. They should serve to motivate us and help us face reality rather than becoming overwhelmed with the negativity around us.
